Loose kerbs are reset and gullies or channels cleared or added where water ponds.
Potholes almost always start as small cracks that let water into the base. Catching them early — patching and sealing before they spread — is far cheaper than resurfacing a whole car park later, so we'll tell you which areas need doing now and which can wait.
Where the surface is worn out across large areas, resurfacing makes more sense than patching. We'll price both so you can decide, and plan the work around your opening hours.
